Join our dynamic team as a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition, for a 15-month temporary position!

We are looking for a recruitment expert to lead the recruitment efforts of our Technology, Data and Operations (TDO) team. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with various groups (both investment groups and business partner groups) according to business needs. While the majority of hires are for our Montreal office, you may also be required to manage recruitment processes for our New York, London or Hong Kong offices.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition, you will:

  • Be responsible for the complete recruitment process from initial recruitment strategy discussion to offer

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies in close collaboration with managers

  • Identify, attract and engage potential candidates through various means (social networks, references, postings, headhunting, partnerships with schools/universities)

  • Play a role in strategic and operational advice to managers

  • Track and analyze KPIs related to recruitment to ensure results and propose corrective actions if necessary

  • Establish relationships of trust with several stakeholders (colleagues, TA team, HR team, managers, candidates)

  • Collaborate with our colleagues on the University Recruitment team to assist with recruitment events and create talent pools in anticipation of future hires

  • Participate in the optimization of recruitment processes

  • Follow the evolution of the recruitment market and best practices while promoting the exchange of these with other team members

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Eight (8) to Ten (10+) years of experience in Talent Acquisition. A combination of experience in a recruitment firm and in a company is an asset

  • Proven experience sourcing for low-volume niche roles

  • Experience in the field of finance or investment (an asset)

  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and mastery of sourcing tools.  Knowledge of Workday (an asset)

  • Proven experience in advising managers

  • Experience in the context of negotiation with a complex compensation structure

  • Collaboration and teamwork with a positive attitude

  • Agile, good management of priorities and comfortable in an environment where priorities can change

  • Bilingualism : English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our Hong Kong, London and New York offices, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
