Como ejecutivo de cuentas, tendrás asignado un territorio, apoyarás en la generación de demanda y serás responsable del proceso de ventas en las empresas del territorio. El éxito no solo se definirá por alcanzar las cuotas asignadas, sino también porque el proceso de ventas esté alineado con los valores de Workday. Podrás vender gran parte de nuestro portafolio de productos.

As an Account Executive, you will partner in business development, selling to key accounts. Your success in B2B selling to enterprise accounts is a sign you’re poised to succeed in this role.

About You

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas.
  • Planificación de territorios.
  • Generación de demanda: Prospección y coordinación de asociados de negocio, departamentos internos y mercadotecnia.
  • Ventas: Construcción de relaciones a alto nivel, conocimiento profundo de metodologías de ventas, negociaciones avanzadas de contratos de “Software” y cierres efectivos.
  • Conocimiento de la industria de Software y del mercado mexicano.
  • Conocimiento de las principales tendencias de diferentes industrias como Servicios Financieros, Servicios Profesionales, Retail, Manufactura entre otras.

Basic Qualifications

  •  8+ years of sales closing experience with relationship building, deal negotiation and territory planning

  •  8 + years of experience in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities

  • 8 + years experience understanding customers’ business model along with industry trends to land new business

  • 8 + years experience with negotiating deals with a variety of C-Suite Executives to close opportunities

Other Qualifications 

  • SaaS sales experience preferred 

  • • Experience in selling ERP and/or HRIS preferred 

  • • Superb pipeline building and prospecting skills 

  • • Experience with 7+ months long sales cycles preferred

  • •Understanding of the the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts

  • •Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members on account strategies
