C.H. Robinson is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team! This position is based in Eden Prairie, MN, with the expectation to work onsite as needed.

In this role, you will support the research, design, and administration of base pay and incentive programs across all global business divisions. You will help shape and implement compensation programs and resources that ensure competitive, market-aligned practices. Acting as a key point of contact for compensation-related matters, you will advise leaders at all levels and promote a pay-for-performance philosophy. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Compensation Team, HR Centers of Excellence, and business partners to drive key initiatives forward. Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis, development, and implementation of annual salary programs, including global salary structures, merit increases, promotional increases, and market adjustments

  • Provide compensation consultation to human resources and business leaders for assigned business units

  • Administer annual incentive plans and sales compensation plans, including payout calculations, documentation, and payment processing

  • Conduct global market analyses to ensure the organization's compensation programs are competitive

  • Support equity administration in partnership with the Equity Program Manager

  • Complete and analyze compensation surveys to inform global recommendations

  • Review and create job profiles through the established job evaluation process in partnership with global partners

  • Collaborate with human resources technology to maintain and audit job profiles, incentive scorecard data, and bonus target information within the Workday system

  • Develop communications to explain compensation programs, guidelines, and processes

  • Lead and support compensation-related projects, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of compensation experience, demonstrating strong knowledge of market pricing, job documentation, and human resources information systems

  • Minimum of two years of experience interacting with human resources partners and business leaders in designing and implementing compensation strategies

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • Certified Compensation Professional designation

  • Experience with variable and sales compensation

  • Experience with the Workday human resources platform

  • Proven analytical, modeling, and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation Range

$62,900.00 – $98,000.00

The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.  Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
