About the role

The Talent, Capability & Inclusion (TC&I) team are a specialised function within People and Culture that delivers enterprise-wide people initiatives, programs, practices and solutions that help drive business outcomes, respond effectively to organisational priorities and foster a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, empowerment, learning and capability development.

A newly created Capability and Learning Administrator position has become available in the team.

The purpose of this 12-month fixed-term role is to support the development of a high-performance culture through delivery of both AGL’s and the learning and capability strategy.

You will support the development, delivery and ongoing management of core people processes, programs and platforms.

 

What you'll be doing

  • End to end logistics coordination for AGL’s cutting edge leadership programs (including course / program scheduling, room booking, catering, printing and coordination of all program materials).
  • Financial management for the leadership programs.
  • Workday Reporting and dashboard management.
  • Learner experience – measurement / NPS / reporting.
  • Brand and marketing support.

 

What you'll bring

  • Building positive working relationships internally and effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the business.
  • Able to manage competing priorities across multiple learning programs
  • Support, create and maintain admin processes and systems for ongoing programs.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills. Ability to work both as a member of a team and autonomously.
  • Ability to research and analyse data and information, then assist in the interpretation of insights.
