Job Description
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant with a focus on payroll to join our HR Shared Services Team in the Hong Kong office, reporting directly to the Human Resources Cost Controller.
Your opportunity
This position is responsible for full transaction cycle of payroll processing in Kering Group Hong Kong and Macau. Ensure compliance with all applicable Employment Ordinance, Inland Revenue Ordinance and MPF schemes Ordinance.
How you will contribute
- Assist in monthly payroll administration
- Assist in Compensation and Benefits operations
- To coordinate with various departments on payroll related documents, such as Sales commission, push money, overtime records, travel allowance, etc.
- Assist in preparing various HR reports
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Support HRIS system’s daily administration Â
Who you are
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration
- Retail industry background is a plus
- Basic knowledge in Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinance, IRD Ordinance and MPF scheme Ordinance
- Detail-oriented, flexible, fast-paced and adaptive
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Good PC skills such as MS Excel
- BIPO and Workday experience will be a plusÂ
