Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of HR technology systems to optimize HR processes and drive data-driven decision-making. This role involves leading system implementations, managing HRIS integrations, and ensuring data accuracy while aligning HR systems with business objectives.

 

 Duties/Responsibilities:

HRIS Strategy and Optimisation:

  • Develop and execute HRIS strategies aimed at streamlining HR processes, improving data accuracy, and enhancing system capabilities.

  • Identify opportunities for HR process automation and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency

​System Implementation and Maintenance:

  • Oversee the end-to-end deployment of HRIS platforms, ensuring smooth configuration, testing, and rollout.

  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliance in all HR systems.

  • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and module launches in coordination with IT and vendor teams.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and analytics tools to provide workforce insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

  • Lead the analysis of HR data and generate reports for Finance, Auditors, and other Group functions.

  • Collaborate with Finance to align HR data reporting with financial forecasting and planning.

​Workday System Management:

  • Manage Workday configurations, module setups, and user access control in collaboration with the Workday team.

  • Coordinate bulk data uploads, system testing, and troubleshooting for Workday modules.

  • Provide expertise in Workday reporting, analytics, and integration with other business systems

AI Strategy and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement AI strategies to automate HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision-making capabilities.

  • Identify and integrate AI tools (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics) within existing HRIS platforms such as Workday

  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to align AI initiatives with HR goals and organisational objectives.

Process Improvement and Automation:

  • Identify areas for HR process improvement and recommend system-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Implement HR process automation initiatives to reduce manual workflows and minimize data entry errors.

  • Develop dynamic dashboards and data visualisation tools to present HR analytics in real-time.

  • Lead data analysis projects to assess the impact of AI initiatives on HR performance and workforce engagement

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Has in-depth knowledge and proven work experience as an HR practitioner

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience in managing system upgrades, data integrations, and reporting tools

  • Experience in AI tools, data analytics, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau

  • Strong background in data governance and security protocols

  • Proven track record in HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, system implementation, and data analysis.

  • 3+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ADP.
