The Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for all the steps associated with the identification of candidates for job requests with difficulty levels of medium to hard specifically on Support and Global Functions 

 

Job Responsibilities 

 

•    Provide full cycle recruitment from sourcing to account management of highly technical and specialized roles
•    Provides quality service to stakeholders by earning their trust and respect as a talent advisor, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency
•    Support and directly engages with the different business functional heads and business units to review and understand business needs and assigned job requests
•    Support and assist different business functional heads and business units in providing qualified endorsements to targeted job requests
•    Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using the internal database as the primary source of candidates
•    Use social sites, professional networking sites, and instant messaging software, job boards, and Workday recruiting to support hiring needs
•    Foster long term relationships with candidates to develop a network for referrals
•    Meet target number of endorsements assigned
•    Commit to achieve goals based on team targets and monthly SLA
•    Collaborate with the business functional heads and business units in developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies

 

Stakeholder Management and Partnership

        Engages directly with hiring managers including function heads to discuss staffing updates and effectively articulate challenges and recommendations to successfully completing the hiring demands

        Influences hiring decisions based on market insights on talent availability and cost. Be able to effectively and confidently articulate market data to business leaders

        Acts as an adviser to the business based on market trends on particular talent profiles and skills to support business expansion

              

Account Management

        Able to be on top of hiring numbers particularly on fill rates and maintaining candidate pipeline

        Provide monthly overall business updates on fill rates, hiring demands, insights on challenges, market trends, and provides sound recommendations based on data and market intel

        Able to effectively articulate overall demands vs hires anchored through data and market insights

 

Process Management

 

        Acts as a subject matter expert in the overall recruitment cycle from recruitment planning to onboarding

        Able to effectively articulate standard process to the business as an adviser

 

Qualifications

•    Graduate of any 4-year course preferably BS Psychology
•    At least 2-3 years of overall experience in sourcing and recruitment preferably in the shared service and IT/Financial companies
•    At least 1-2 years of corporate and technical recruiting experience dealing with senior management stakeholders
•    Must have a strong account management experience
•    Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
•    Flexible with schedule 
•    Must be assertive and confident exuding talent advisory capability
•    Detail and process oriented
•    Resilient and tenacious
•    Knowledge and experience in Workday is a must
