We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their early HR experience and grow within a supportive and dynamic environment. You will work closely with experienced HR colleagues, business leaders, and employees to help deliver key HR processes and initiatives.

Your Mission 

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate support on policies and procedures. 

  • Coordinate key stages of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, changes to employment, and offboarding. 

  • Support the performance management process, ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives. 

  • Help maintain and update employee data in our HR system (Workday), ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date. 

  • Work with the internal legal team to ensure compliance with HR-related regulations, including GDPR and employment law. 

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives. 

  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. 

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that promote positive employee experience and engagement. 

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and optimize HR strategies. 

 

About You 

  • A tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field. 

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role, however individuals with limited HR experience who are eager to learn and grow within the firm may also be considered. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the firm. 

  • Organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

  • Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office tools; experience with Workday is a plus. 

  • Curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative in a supportive environment.
