You will leverage your deep expertise in Workday Reporting (Advanced, matrix, composite, PRISM Analytics) and other advanced data tools to create meaningful, accurate, and impactful reporting solutions that guide strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of Workday technical skills, extensive finance knowledge, and the ability to translate data into clear, compelling business insights.

About You

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain sophisticated financial and operational reports using Workday Reporting include advanced, matrix and composite reporting, PRISM Analytics, and Worksheets.

  • Translate complex data into compelling data stories and insightful reporting that drives decision-making at all levels of the organization.

  • Act as a Workday Reporting expert, including designing reporting data sources, managing calculated fields, creating custom report types, and advising on PRISM data ingestion and transformation strategies.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Technology teams to align reporting structures with both financial compliance (GAAP, SOX) and strategic business needs.

  • Partner with data governance teams to ensure clean, reliable, and secure reporting structures.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and finance leaders.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
