Job Title: Talent Partner- Ice Cream

Location: Kingston Head Office

Work-Level: 1C

Reporting To: 

– Country HR Lead / HRBP / Factory HR 
– Dotted Line to Central TA 

JOB PURPOSE

Talent Partners are responsible for Talent Attraction, resourcing/recruitment activities in respective countries to support business/function talent moves. 
They manage recruitment from requisition to offer accepted and manage the talent pipeline to guide and advise on resourcing options in regards to the Build-Borrow-Buy (or fill-in) re-sourcing model, respectively. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support recruitment forecasting as output from Workforce Planning and Succession Planning processes. 
  • Manage end-to-end job offer process ensuring high quality candidate experience. 
  • Partner with hiring managers on all hiring activities/key decisions including creating Talent Pools. 
  • Provide market insights on talent availability/trends including competitor analysis. 
  • Manage relationships with external vendors/agencies ensuring compliance with agreed terms/conditions. 
  • Ensure all Employer Brand strategy is implemented consistently across all channels. 
  • Management of Employee Brand strategy in line with global guidelines. 
  • Ensure that all recruitment activity (agency/direct) is managed through Workday system accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Partnering with Country HR Lead/Factory HRBPs on key projects as required by business needs. 
  • (Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Country HR Lead) 

Key Skills 

  • Strong understanding of TA and Job Requisition processes including use of Workday system for managing requisitions/candidates. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally/externally. 
  • Strong communication skills both written/verbal. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
