Job Location:

As a key member of the HR Business Partnering Team, you will support Pan-University Research Centres in managing various HR operations and ensuring timely service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Advising stakeholders on HR policies related to the Research scheme

Implementing Research procedures and guidelines at the college/school level

Supporting recruitment efforts by coordinating administrative processes with Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services to secure top talent efficiently

Managing contract renewals for researchers, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely administration

Assisting with performance management by tracking timelines, guiding People Managers on tools and practices, and consolidating data for discussions

Maintaining accurate HR data and preparing reports to support informed decision-making
Qualifications:

Degree with at least 3 years of experience in human resources administration or a related field. Candidates with prior experience of working in an educational / academic/ research environment would have an added advantage

Highly attentive to details, possess the ability to multi-task and to manage deliverables under tight timelines

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving HR needs

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated

Candidates with prior experience in using Workday system would have an advantage
