About the Role
As a Senior Functional & Change Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions for our clients. This hybrid role combines deep functional expertise with comprehensive change management leadership, guiding clients through every stage of their Workday journey.
Key Responsibilities

Workday Implementation & Functional Expertise

Provide expert implementation guidance to clients, configuring and testing Workday solutions to meet their specific business requirements.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective Workday configurations.

Change Management Leadership
-
Serve as the lead for the change management workstream on customer engagements.

Act as the primary point of contact for the change management workstream, partnering closely with direct customer counterparts, project leadership, and executives within the customer organization.

Own and lead all change-related activities, including but not limited to: Stakeholder Identification and Analysis, Change Impact Analysis, Communications Planning and Execution, Training Planning and Development, Readiness Assessment, Adoption Measurement

Hands-on development of communications and training materials to support a successful transition to Workday for key end-users.

Maintain the change management project plan tasks and provide mentorship to the customer on how these activities are impacted by functional milestones within the Workday methodology.

About You
Basic Qualifications
-
5+ years of functional experience in HCM software solutions or systems
-
5+ years Consulting experience
-
Experience serving as change management, training, or communications lead on one or more complex HCM software deployments
-
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills (Japanese)

Ability to travel up to 20%
Other Qualifications
-
5+ years experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, COMPANY or similar applications
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data manipulation and processing.

Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
