This entry-level HR Analyst role supports the implementation and coordination of learning and development programs across the organization. The role involves managing learning systems (primarily Workday Learning), coordinating with vendors and logistics providers, handling data and reporting, supporting program execution, and creating internal marketing and presentation materials. The analyst also contributes to post-program analysis, success measurement, and dashboard maintenance to ensure continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Administer and maintain learning programs in Workday Learning or similar platforms.
  • Manage course setup, scheduling, enrollment, and tracking.
  • Provide user support to learners and instructors to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate training records for compliance and audit purposes.

Vendor and Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with external training vendors, as well as service providers for catering, venues, transportation, and other logistical needs.
  • Ensure all logistical elements of training programs are executed smoothly and cost-effectively.
  • Track vendor performance and ensure alignment with internal learning objectives.
  • Support the planning and execution of learning programs, including communications and feedback collection.

Data, Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate and analyze reports on training participation, completion, and feedback.
  • Conduct post-mortem analysis of learning programs to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Measure program success using defined KPIs and learner feedback.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to visualize learning metrics and trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across learning systems and reports.

Marketing and Presentation Support

  • Create internal marketing materials and visual assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Design and develop presentation decks for HR initiatives, training programs, and leadership briefings.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all materials.

HR Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and leadership team.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for meetings and events.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance in the submission and completion of pre-employment requirements.
  • Collect, validate, record, and report on pre-employment documentation.
  • Escalate non-compliance issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Area of Focus: Cybersecurity Awareness Training

  • Support the implementation of cybersecurity awareness training by managing course logistics and system administration in Workday Learning.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity awareness leaders to ensure timely deployment and tracking of training content.
  • Assist in reporting and compliance tracking related to cybersecurity learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Experience with Workday Learning or similar LMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with dashboard tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
