Job Location:
Saudi Arabia – Riyadh

Brief Job Summary:
This role requires coordination with various departments to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

ØCompliance: handbook and internal policies (HRSD guidelines from the Government) huge legal and financial risks (in case of control we can have a huge fine)
ØEmployment contracts (English and Arabic)
ØQIWA (mandatory legal contracts) and GOSI (social security) every month
ØHealth insurance: registration of the employees and renegotiate every year the contract and coverage
ØWorkday management
ØTime and attendance management (holidays, sick leave and other absences)
ØPayroll: prepare and send the payroll inputs to Safeguard, verify the payslips, and ask for the payments
ØVisa renewal: for the employees who need Visa (3 employees for the moment)
ØRecruitment
ØTraining and development of our employees (training hours are mandatory from 50 employees)
ØInternal HR projects and processes

Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required.
– Minimum of two years experience in an administrative capacity within an HR department.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Knowledge of HRIS systems and applicant tracking software is a plus.
– Experience with Workday is highly desired.
