The Opportunity
This position works out of our Warsaw Office in Poland, within Talent Acquisition.
As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist you will manage recruitment programs, systems and tools (ATS, CRM, Digital Interviewing etc.) that drive functional excellence, streamline operations, and enable continual process improvement. With a sharp focus on data driven decision making, TA Ops Specialist will support the development and continuous improvement of analytics and reporting that provide meaningful metrics for Talent Acquisition team.
You start on a 2 years contract as Abbott Contractor with a high chance of getting prolonged or converted showing good performance and cultural team fit.
What You’ll Do
- Publish various pre-defined reports for regional recruiting teams latest by 8th of each month, create repository on SharePoint.
- Create Power BI dashboards for defined business and publish monthly.
- Create and publish Area Internal and Divisional dashboards by 8th of each month with 100% accuracy
- Manage Area team’s headcount and capacity planning trackers.
- Collate and prepare ad-hoc reports as requested- SOS basis
- Design a consistent measurement of success reported in power BI technology and move excel reports to BI
- Workday training for new recruiters, Ticket management, work with myHR for managing accurate Req assignment table, changes due to changes in recruiters
- Ensure all new recruiters have access to “new recruiter toolkit” and Workday Recruiting
- Manage day to day queries, issues raised by recruiters, 1st contact established with recruiters in 24 hrs and work with HRIT, myHR to get those resolved, if requires their intervention
- Partner with Global/ Corporate Ops team on WD releases/testing and new solutions
- Explore new tools and technologies to improve Recruiter’s efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Graduate-B.Sc. (IT), BCA, B. Tech or Statistics
- Minimum 5-7 yrs. of work experience in Analytics, preferably in HR/Recruitment MIS
- Experience of managing, implementing CRM/ATS or new HR tools and technology
- Expert on Excel and exposure to Business Intelligence (BI), Tableau, Python or other reporting tools preferred
- Analytics experience – Excel, Power BI, Python or other reporting tools/technology
- Attention to details, metrics
- Ability to work in matrix environment
- Planning and strong problem solving skills
