INTRODUCTION:

ABC Fitness is a dynamic and global SaaS (Software as a Service) organization at the forefront of the health and wellness industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Benefits Analyst/Specialist to join our team. WHAT YOU’LL DO:     

  • Manage US and Canadian Benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, COBRA, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, wellness, RRSP, 403(b) and 401(k) retirement plans, and other fringe benefits programs

  • Interact with our global employees regarding eligibility, family status changes, online benefit enrollment, coordination of the annual open enrollment process, and maintenance of benefits information

  • Led annual Open Enrollment and the administration of the overall health and wellness benefits and 401K Plan, and other compensation and benefits-related plans in the US

  • Ensure that comprehensive processes are in place to measure the effectiveness of plans and programs measured against design strategies and outcome expectations

  • Utilizing benchmarking and industry trend analysis to help identify any plan or program-related issues, such as regulatory changes, determining solutions, and documenting agreements for communication to all stakeholders

  • Act as primary coordinator for all employee global leaves including sick, parental, etc.

  • Provide education to the employee population on relevant benefit and perks topics

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • 5-10 years of experience in benefits management and administration

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Workday® benefits, absence, and HCM

  • US Benefits compliance and audit experience with medical, dental, vision plans, COBRA, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, as well as 403(b) and 401(k) retirement plans

  • Global benefits experience in geographies such as US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Spain, LATAM, Australia including perks and retirement plans like RRSP, Pension plans, and Superannuation (nice to have)

  • Ability to operate as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences

  • Exceptional discretion, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and confidentiality

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in the United States and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for U.S. based candidates for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 USD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions. 

 

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $63,000 — $73,000 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
