Job Description

OVERVIEW

As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing various programs related to Incentive Management and Consulting. Responsibilities include bonus dispute resolution, data maintenance, market surveys and retention tracking. This is a hybrid position that will require attendance in office (approximately 3 days per week) at our Raleigh/North Hills headquarters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Incentive Management

  • Understand Field, Professional and Corporate bonus plan elements and guiding principles driving bonus exceptions
  • Investigate and address bonus disputes raised by team members in a timely manner with clear and concise communication
  • Collaborate with Payroll on off-cycle bonus payments
  • Oversee the accurate maintenance of team member data related to compensation
  • Ensure consistency between bonus plans and job profiles. Partner with HR Reporting & Analytics to make necessary adjustments in Workday

Consulting

  • Support Field, DC, and Corporate Consultants with job benchmarking exercises to ensure market competitiveness
  • Learn guiding principles for employee retention
  • Track and maintain team member retention metrics including base salary, bonus, and LTI
  • Run ad hoc reporting requests to support data analysis needs from Consultancy

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or related field
  • Proficiency in data interpretation, reporting and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Compensation principles and bonus structures
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate effectively with Consultants and HRBPs
  • Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accuracy in data management
