Job Description Summary
The HR Operations and Rewards team is responsible for implementing and delivering management information and compensation programming for Aegon Asset Management on a global basis. The Rewards Analyst will be a key member of the team, participating in and providing recommendations for various rewards projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders by providing data, reports, and guidance on compensation philosophy, processes and inquiries.
- Support variable compensation programs in global environment; maintaining program information and acting as point of contact for participant inquiries.
- Independently conduct compensation analysis – job evaluation, job pricing, pay equity, geographic differentials, etc.
- Coordinate and support the annual compensation planning process.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to provide analysis and research to resolve compensation-related issues.
- Create and analyze detailed and confidential reports for HR leadership and management.
- Participate in salary surveys and/or industry surveys, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Provide guidance on drafting, evaluating and compiling job descriptions and related documentation.
- Audit and research issues to ensure the integrity and accuracy of compensation data, reports, and databases.
- Collaborate to ensure that the Workday system meets rewards needs and is updated to accommodate changes to salary structures or other HR-related data.
- May provide internal training and/or mentoring.
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven track record of working in a similar role
- Strong math aptitude and analytical skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment with commitment to deadlines and confidentiality; recognizing the importance of protecting data privacy in all aspects of role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel functions.
