Role purposeÂ
A new position to support our growth, the Global HRIS Workday Manager will own all areas of Workday and People applications (Zendesk, Learning) and support the business in using it to its full potential. You will be adept at using data to tell a story and will be comfortable using reporting to provide people insights that enable the business to make informed decisions.Â

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to – Â

Work in partnership with the Head of Global HR Operations and Centres of Expertise to develop and embed a technology roadmap which will help to optimise Workday and Zendesk (Ticketing system)

Own employee data integrity and governance in partnership with the global People team and develop data governance principles that will help to establish a framework for audit

Responsible for effective support and development of the HRIS team consisting of a HRIS Analyst and HRIS Business Partner. Fostering a collaborative and high performing team with agility in their knowledge and skills to support people technologies

Support and develop Workday across a number of modules including HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Absence, Performance and Advanced Compensation

Provide ongoing consultation to the HR team, building systems knowledge, gathering requirements, providing impact analysis and solutions

Support and lead on the evolution of Aesop’s Year end and Reward planning cycle, to enhance current processes and governance within Workday, working in partnership with Reward and global teams

Educating the wider people team on Workday including ESS/MSS and develop a strategy to launch in all regions

Evaluate Workday releases and new functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimise systems usage, working with the in-house IT team to assess any wider architectural impacts

Own and manage the development of annual HR processes (in system) including objective setting, performance and compensation reviews

Partner with the Head of Global HR Operations to review and evolve Workday training across the global teams to help to upskill internal teams

Manage and implement changes to Workday business processes, ensuring that these remain fit for purpose through testing and ongoing monitoring

Work closely with the People Technology Team to build a communications plan and approach for workday that will excite employees and encourage adoption of the various system applications

Monitor and maintain data accuracy within Workday by building relevant reports and conducting regular audits of key information

Own and manage the development of HR Zendesk optimisation roadmap working closely with Zendesk and People Team leads to ensure that we are creating a great customer experience

Develop SLAs for customer queries relating to Workday and reporting

Serve as an escalation point for all Workday issues, and own the process of resolving these in a timely manner

Develop and maintain Workday reporting capabilities, including matrix reports and dashboards

Collaborate effectively with Workday AMS provider to resolve complex configuration issues and deliver timely solutions

Working closely with the Head of Global HR Operations to communicate training and support that underpins the Change Management process for operational teams affected by any changes to People Technologies.

This is a full-time position operating with a hybrid working pattern.Â

The successful candidate will be a Workday subject matter expert and will be able to understand and translate all data and statistics to the business whilst making recommendations for improvement. You will have experience of working within a HRIS Team sitting within a HR Operations / HRSSC function.

Strong business acumen and commercial understanding

Deep knowledge of HR technology, including Workday, HR ticketing system knowledge preferred

Commitment to ongoing development of knowledge and understanding of best practice HRIS solutions
