About the Role

Manage and execute process improvements and initiatives to optimise HR service efficiency and employee experience for HR community (e.g. people advisors, business partners, recruiters, performance, talent & learning specialists) and business across the China.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform as HR system expert, solid experience in several or all HR system modules implementation (e.g., core HR, recruitment, pre-onboarding, onboarding, probation, payroll, compensation, benefit, performance, Learning, talent etc.)
  • Review feedback from China HR team and the business and conduct employee journey mapping to identify further experience & efficiency improvements to HR processes and robotic automation opportunities
  • Deliver on identified improvement opportunities, including collecting business requirements and conduct necessary user acceptance reviews / testing to ensure quality end-to-end deployment, collaborating with group Digital HR, HRIT team, external vendors and other HR COE teams where needed
  • Provide support to HR CoE owners on rolling-out of the global processes in China business (e.g. Work Force Planning, succession, TCR etc.) and help address queries or issues that are linking to core Workday modules
  • Partner with group HR Transformation, HRIT/OSS on defining and deliver solutions to escalated issues/incidents from HR community and business
  • Facilitate regular HR community communication around HR processes improvements, HR system changes / upgrade for peer-to-peer knowledge exchange and learning, including conducting training sessions, creating job aids and addressing queries from HR community where needed
  • Support change communication to drive the adoption of the new ways of working esp. the MSS of the business users

  • Business satisfaction indicators (NPS, pulse survey)

Communication Requirements

  • Communication with BU HR to identify improvement opportunity and able to influence group team to adopt and deliver local change initiatives
  • Engage business unit HR on new process changes and learnings to adopt new ways of working and mindsets,
  • Work with leaders from cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes
  • Externally, engage with external vendors and partners

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in HR transformation or HR digitalization programs.
  • Experience in HR Cloud Solution like Workday, ServiceNow
  • Be familiar with HR processes and experience on HR process improvement initiatives for employee experience/efficiency enhancement, holistic employee experience project experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging and interfacing with the key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Optimistic; positive attitude; able to work in growing, complex environment, flexible and adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
