Accountable for leading the definition and maintenance of the future state AIA Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Architecture

  • Responsible for managing and governing overall architecture of HR technologies

  • Manage the integration architecture of core systems Workday with internal and external systems

  • Define the to-be Workday HCM Architecture and roadmap of AIA as part of the overall Enterprise Architecture vision, ensuring the alignment with the business and growth strategies of AIA.

  • Oversee the design and realization of the Workday HCM architecture within program and projects as necessary, ensuring adherence to architecture vision, standards and policies

  • Creation and maintenance of the overall HCM architecture, and the creation of the business unit roadmap to achieve that architecture

  • Work closely with multiple departments within Group (e.g. HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc.) and local business units to develop prototypes to nimbly test feasibility of new concepts

  • Contribute to technical discussions and enhancement initiatives related to improving customer experience, usability, and latest technologies.

  • Guide & support the local business units to keep evolving their HCM technology capabilities

  • At times lead/supervise the work of other individuals assigned to the projects to ensure the objectives can be met.        

Job Requirements :

Education

  • University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in regional HR systems with HRIT focus across the ASPAC region.

  • Relevant CoE experience and people management.

  • Experience and knowledge in Workday
