You will be part of Group Performance and Rewards team which focuses on defining total rewards experience for AIA employees. You will be working with your colleagues at Group and across different markets to develop and enhance total rewards programs focusing on AIA’s Group year-end performance and rewards cycle as AIA HR transforms and digitalizes employees’ experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will report to the Director of Group Compensation and Rewards.

How you would make a difference as a Thought Leader:

  • Annual Total Compensation Review (TCR): You are the subject matter expert for the TCR and as such the key contact person for the markets supporting them for TCR related queries. You prepare and execute the TCR focusing on end-to-end management regarding processes and HR systems. You help develop communication and change management materials to support the TCR execution via Workday and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). For a flawless TCR delivery, you partner with other Group Performance and Rewards (GPR) teams, Group HR Technology and HR IT, the markets, HR Business Partners and other internal and external partners.
  • Workday Compensation and Benefits: You manage and prioritise requests on Workday Compensation and Benefits modules. By this you enhance current reward and benefits systems and processes against best-in-class approaches while maintaining proper HR governance and controls and also enable consistent capture of essential employee information for TCR and other compensation and benefits analytics. You participate in and coordinate UAT to ensure Workday system enhancements are aligned to AIA’s requirements and partner with other GPR teams to maintain and update global Compensation and Benefits process maps (Promapp).
  • Compensation and Benefits Network Management: You organise and facilitate regular huddles to connect amongst the markets and share updates from GPR. You also create and maintain AIA Group knowledge articles for Compensation & Benefits in Workday to ensure a common understanding and implementation.
  • New Initiatives: You expand your capabilities by undertaking projects associated with new HR initiatives, such as agile performance and rewards.

Minimum Requirements

What you need to be successful

  • Be a Total Compensation Review (annual cycle) subject matter expert with strong Workday expertise, especially for Advanced Compensation
  • Strong flair for technology in general and especially HR systems and experienced in driving change management, simplification and innovation
  • Strong project management skills combined with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proactive in building partnership and collaborate through communication and influencing skills
  • Diverse compensation and benefits knowledge gained through minimum 7 years
  • Structured and attentive to details in analysis, planning, conceptualization, and execution
  • Take responsibility and drive your portfolio whilst having very strong teamwork capabilities
