Job Description
SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Total Rewards Manager to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of total rewards programs and their impact on employee engagement and organizational success.
What You Will Do

Manage the design, development, and implementation of strategic global total rewards projects, processes, and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives and talent strategy.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of existing total rewards programs through data analysis, metrics, and key performance indicators and recommend improvements, and execute changes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Legal, and Senior Leadership, to drive employee engagement and retention.

Lead the management and administration of the total rewards program for a specific region in close collaboration with regional HR teams to ensure alignment between global corporate strategies and all aspects of the total rewards program including compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance incentives that consider local nuances, market trends, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Develop, implement and administer compensation programs that are cost-effective and provide robust competitive positioning for the enterprise. Programs include compensation structures, salary surveys, salary increases, job evaluations, performance appraisals, long and short-term incentive plans, financial and tax treatment of compensation plans.

Analyze and recommend job grade placement, salary, incentive plan and long-term incentive eligibility for Albemarle positions in specified portfolio by using third party surveys and internal comparable data.

Develop and present total rewards communication and training materials.
Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related field required.

Minimum eight years of experience in total rewards. Formidable compensation experience preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point). Experience with Workday a plus.

Self-directed with ability to work autonomously on several projects concurrently.

Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills

High proficiency in written and spoken English
