Your responsibilitiesÂ
- Become an expert in the Workday Student Records, Recruiting and Admissions product(s), or Workday Student SecurityÂ
- Execute the day-to-day activities on Workday Student implementations for clients including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, package implementation lifecycle support, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customersÂ
- Work with customers to help convert legacy data into WorkdayÂ
- Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutionsÂ
- Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role modelÂ
- Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projectsÂ
- Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practicesÂ
- Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in productionÂ
- Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgetsÂ
- Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectivelyÂ
- Maintain Workday certifications and qualificationsÂ
About you (Required skills)Â
- Significant end user or implementation experience with Workday Student Records or Recruiting and AdmissionsÂ
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or higher educationÂ
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPointÂ
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectationsÂ
- Passion for providing exceptional customer serviceÂ
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experienceÂ
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%Â
