Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Contracts to Cash Workday Financials pillar and associated specialties: Customer Accounts, Grants, and Endowments
  • Understand customer business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customers
  • Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday
  • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Provide project managers with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status
  • Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects.
  • Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices
  • Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production
  • Take advantage of training opportunities to expand your skillset
  • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications

About You (Required Skills)

  • 2+ years of Workday Financials consulting with experience in Customer Accounts, Grants, and/or Endowments
  • A background in Finance and Accounting
  • Experience deploying Workday, Ellucian, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%

Pay Transparency Statement 

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Alchemy variable bonus plan based on role-specific commission/bonus. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Alchemy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000.00 – $117,500.00 USD.
