Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the Record to Report Workday Financials pillar and associated specialties: Financial Accounting, FDM, and Budgets
  • On deployments: gather customer business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customers
  • Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday
  • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
  • Provide project managers with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status
  • Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
  • Collaborate effectively and synergistically on team-based projects
  • Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices
  • Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production
  • Take advantage of training opportunities to expand your skillset
  • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications

About You (Required Skills)

  • Foundational knowledge of Workday Financials from implementing or supporting the solution
  • Workday functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Financial Accounting, FDM, Budgets
  • Workday consulting experience or customer-side Workday Financials experience
  • Experience deploying Workday and similar applications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Active or past Workday certifications

Pay Transparency Statement 

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Alchemy variable bonus plan based on role-specific commission/bonus. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Alchemy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $145,000 USD.
