To support our growing business in the UK & Ireland, we are looking to recruit a professional HR Advisor to work within our local HR team.

The role will be office based in Camberley, Surrey.

About the Job

You will be working in a bright, dynamic HR team and have close cooperation with all areas of the business. Key tasks include;

General

  • Ensure HR system (Workday) is kept up to date
  • Support with general daily HR queries

Learning & Development

  • Manage L&D records
  • Organise training courses
  • Support managers & employees with our e-learning platform
  • Create structured training plans for various roles within the business

Benefits

  • Support with the benefit life cycle
  • Promote benefits with new & existing employees

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for ER related matters
  • Guide and coach managers through the process
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date and in line with legislation changes

Transformation

  • Support the business through a transformation programme, focussing on our Service Operations division

Who You Are

Candidates for this position will need to possess the following skills & attributes:

  • Good experience of working in a similar HR role
  • Excellent communications skills – English (both verbal and written)
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • A very strong relationship builder
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. & competent in embracing new digital services (both internally & externally)
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to network internally within the company (due to the company having many employees both locally & globally)
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Organised, efficient and able to prioritise workloads
  • Work proactively
  • Experience with Workday essential
  • Experience of working in a small, fast paced HR team
  • CIPD qualification not essential, but preferrable
