The team is responsible for support to HR: performing global IT admin daily operations tasks, break-fixing as well as continuous improvements and projects. The work is driven in an Agile way with two-week sprints where the team delivers prioritized changes.
Your Responsibilities:

Providing ongoing support for HR solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Contributing to deliverables proactively with inbuilt quality

Understanding and analyzing HR processes and requirements

Working with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with HR systems best practices

Configuring and maintaining the solutions
-
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth integration into the Alfa Laval IT infrastructure
Qualifications/Skills:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience within Workday configuration, both in deployment and support (HCM, Recruitment)
-
Customer-focused mindset and high level of autonomy
-
Good communication skills, both oral and written
-
Analytical skills that include identifying and resolving problems
-
Ability to adapt due to business demands, deadlines or priorities change

Learning agility
Nice to have:

Knowledge of HR Business Processes

Experience within HRIS systems
