Are you interested in joining our global team managing Workday at Alfa Laval?

Alfa Laval launched Workday in 2018 and we are now looking at extending the central team. We are looking for Workday Expert within Recruitment area.

The team is responsible for support to HR, to perform global admin daily operations tasks, break-fixing as well as continuous improvements and projects. The work is driven in an Agile way with two-week sprints where the team delivers prioritized changes.

The team is highly visible within HR. You will enjoy a varied role where you take part and take ownership in both support, training, investigations, solution design, configuration, testing, deploy, communication, follow-up and WD release analysis within your area of expertise.


  • Experience within Recruitment area in Workday, both in deployment and support.

  • Experience within HRIS systems

  • Customer-focused mindset and high levels of autonomy.

  • Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
