About the Role
Sales Leader will lead teams to increase revenue by expanding and retaining the customer base. This role involves motivating and coaching the team to achieve sales targets.
Achieving sales goals for Workday customer base, optimization, and HCM & Payroll related Administration Outsourcing Services prospects.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Coaching and leading a team of sales executives on deal strategy, creative solutions and deal executions
Identifying and generates demand within new markets, with a focus to drive growth to Workday’s footprint
Setting and executing sales strategies and leading the development of sales plan targeting new clients
Collecting and communicate market intelligence on products/services and incorporate it into sales client planning process
Maximizing the use of sanctioned tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com
Understanding customer needs to effectively position Workday Deployment Services and HCM & Payroll Administration Outsourcing Services
Demonstrate exceptional consultative sales skills, including pipeline management, successful negotiation skills, and the ability to close opportunities. Must sell value over price by providing deep insight into how the service will impact the business
Recognize opportunities to help with growth and expansion while demonstrating great analytical and problem-solving skills
Understand the various components of Workday technology. Have a broad content knowledge of human capital management, payroll, and financial delivery and solutions
Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills at the C-Suite level
Understand how to manage multiple, complex sales processes at the same time. Impressive internal and external communication skills, with the ability to listen comprehensively and deliver clear instructions
Possess a higher level of education or equivalent experience
10+ years of direct selling experience. Demonstrated sales success with cloud software and/or solution architect experience in Cloud solutions
Experience running large, complex sales processes into organizations with over 5,000 employees
Experience with Workday deployment and optimization sales
