As a Workday HCM Lead, we expect you to be
Responsible for delivering allocated work in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through deployment, testing, go live and post production support and/or delivering allocated AMS work
Developing your area of expertise in the Workday product suite, specializing and having a deepening skill set within a particular area, i.e. either technical or within a functional area
Develops working relationships with other members of project team and management as well as client
Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects
Guide other consultants within project team
Share knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation
Additional experience in internal work like contributing to and building internal methodology, coaching/mentoring of team members etc. is a plus
Your Skills and Qualifications should reflect our values and will include:
Excellent oral and written communications skills – fully fluent English and Spanish/French
Advanced analytical and functional skills evidenced by playing a role in projects or in a support environment
Certified in Workday HCM
Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post go-live)
Consultancy experience of HR processes and/or worked within an HR Services team is desirable
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, a clear ability to ‘consult’ for and with your clients
Experience as 'Lead' with an implementation partner (preferred)
Experience of confidently managing stakeholders
Evidence of collaboration and contribution in your previous work environments
Ideally, experience working on multiple concurrent work assignments
Ideally, experience playing a key role in virtual teams
Ability to act with integrity
Able to self-manage confidently, with good personal productivity and self-motivation
