As a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, this role will focus primarily on resume review and candidate screening to identify top talent for service support in the company’s Private Client business throughout the United States. You will engage with active and passive candidates, learn about their careers, aspirations, and connect them with opportunities at AllianceBernstein. Through collaborative and strategic working relationships with the business, the Talent Acquisition team provides a consultative approach to workforce planning by effectively anticipating organizational talent needs/gaps, and working to develop a network of passive candidate pools to meet critical business needs.
Candidates must be able to:
Demonstrate experience with reviewing resumes and pre-screening candidates
Manage large requisition volumes in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
Interview candidates for core and leadership competencies, and future potential
Prioritize identifying a diverse slate of candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal business partners by building personal credibility and trust
Have a foundational understanding of sourcing techniques, both traditional and emerging, inclusive of social media technology and a knowledge of typical barriers to entry that diverse populations face
Think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications & Key Attributes
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth and volume industry.
Additionally, the candidate should possess:
Track record of processing and organizing candidate data
Experience with and a strong belief in the importance of integrating D&I into the recruiting processes
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, i.e. Workday Recruiting is a plus
Excellent client service focus with an ability to develop effective partnerships inside and outside of the organization
Ability to work successfully as a part of a growing team and with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
Forward-thinking mentality that results in planning ahead, taking a proactive approach to following up on tasks / activities without being reminded.
Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities, communicate early when deliverables or deadlines may be missed.
Heightened sense of urgency and responsiveness and an ability to prioritize quickly
High levels of intellectual curiosity, accountability, integrity and judgment
