A&M is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing corporate TA team. The Specialist will support corporate recruitment for internal roles and provide talent sourcing and operational recruiting support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with leadership, hiring managers and operations, fully understand and be able to represent the business
  • Conduct intake calls and set the search strategy in partnership with your hiring leads
  • Source, interview, and present candidates for teams and service lines. Learn the specialty areas that require ongoing support and pipeline candidates for future needs.
  • Assist with job descriptions and market research that will help hiring managers understand the recruiting market in their functional areas
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies. Frequent use of LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing in Workday (ATS), and different resume databases 
  • Prepare offers and work with HRBP team to ensure offers are in line with salary bands / internal equity
  • Maintain requisitions and candidate records and provide reporting and metrics as needed
  • Provide operational support – scheduling interviews and gathering interview feedback

Requirements / Skills:

  • 3-4 years of full life cycle recruiting with an emphasis on technical roles in a fast-paced corporate or search firm environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Advanced candidate sourcing and research capabilities, experience with Boolean search strings
  • Strong business acumen and polished communication skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and escalate issues as needed 
  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience is required; Workday experience is a plus
