In order to support the Global Talent Acquisition Team and the Human Resources LATAM Team, we are looking for a new member!

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day to day operations in AMEX GBT Talent Acquisition process such as communicating with candidates for initial selection, arranging interview with candidates, and completing onboarding process.
  • Generate, maintain, and ensure accuracy of dashboards, scorecards, and databases used in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Onboarding Management: you will be responsible for handling the candidates through the hiring process and communicating regularly of progress.
  • In order to support inorganic growth in Latin America and prioritize initiatives and efforts on implementing new accounts for LAC organic expansion is required a role to focus on Strategy Design and Project Management capabilities.
  • Interview Support: As part of the recruitment process you will support the interview process and ensure outstanding service.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with Hiring Managers in the process of identification, selection and recruitment of talents in a cost effective and time efficient manner.
  • Communicate and enforce company policies consistently with all personnel.
  • Administrative payroll and other related activities.

  • Passionate about Human Resources with particular focus in Talent Acquisition, onboarding and employee engagement.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles and levels within the organization.
  • Ability to use situational leadership given an employee’s development needs to accomplish business objectives.
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize, and execute vital activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong Collaboration and Communication skills.

Qualifications required for this role

  • Eligible to work in Mexico.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with some business focus, Psychology or Administration.
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience in Recruitment or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Recruitment/Onboarding within the Americas is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to communicate English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience with Workday and SAP is a plus.
  • Candidates who have good digital proficiency and ability to learn new digital tools and systems would have an advantage.
