AIG is recruiting for an HR Program Manager to join our Program Management Team. We are looking for a motivated, self-starting individual with a strong sense of accountability, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. The Program Manager will deliver HR programs on time, on budget and with realization of targeted benefits.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Workplans with milestones, work products and deliverables.

  • Document and socialize project charters.

  • Establish and manage project teams.

  • Establish and coordinate a program governance cadence.

  • Conduct meetings, seminars, and courses

  • Identify, resolve and escalate issues, risks, action items and decisions.

  • Provide guidance, direction and support to internal project team members.

  • Coordinate the involvement of external consultants, when relevant.

  • Champion leading practices in project management.

  • Develop and deliver reporting and tracking of project budgets, when relevant.

  • Document and report project status to key stakeholders.

  • Balance multiple duties efficiently and effectively

Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience with Workday and/or Service Now.

  • Background in HR functions/Operational processes preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills.

  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Interpersonal and customer service focused.

  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Training:

  • Bachelors degree in related field.

  • 8+ years of related experience required.

  • PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications desirable.

For positions based in NYC, the base salary range is $105,000 – $130,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
