Job Summary

AmeriLife is growing and we are looking for a Talent Management Program Designer to join our Talent Operations team. This role will take lead in the design, implementation and administration of our talent programs in Workday. Working collaboratively with HRBPs and our Learning and Development team, this job leads projects to continuously identify and drive industry best practices regarding talent management and development.

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Design and take lead of configuration of the following programs (including, not limited to) within the Talent module in Workday
    • Performance Management
    • Performance Improvement Plans
    • Succession and Talent Planning (9box and Assess Potential)
    • Skills and Career Profiles
    • Talent Marketplace
    • Competencies
  • Oversees quantitative and qualitative analysis on talent management programs, to understand key trends and provide recommendations on program and process improvement.
  • Collaborate cross functionality with stakeholders to define appropriate scope and focus to align Workday talent program with business objectives, driving overall organizational effectiveness. Research and provide recommendations to the team.
  • Defines consistent and relevant program success criteria, metrics and reporting dashboards to ensure program efficiency, effectiveness and ROI/value and identify enterprise gaps.
  • Design training and resource materials for the HR Business Partnering and Talent Development team to roll out programs to the business.
  • Maintain updates within Workday Talent and continually identify opportunities for process enhancements and technology optimization to ensure simple yet powerful user experience and performance.
  • Knowledge share, train and provide support to the HR Business Partner team and stakeholders, managers and employees during roll out of these programs.
  • Participate actively in the Workday community and serve as the Workday advocate for Talent initiatives. Stays up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Workday and Talent.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, management, business (or a related field)
  • 5+ years of Talent Development, HR Operations, or Organizational development.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing these programs organization wide.
  • Proficiency in Workday in the Talent Module as a Talent Administrator is required.
