Sr HR Analyst – Time & Absence
What you will do
Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate Human Resources (HR) – Systems and Solutions who will provide overall support for Amgen’s Workday system with a focus on the Time and Absence modules. The Sr. Associate HR will contribute to the delivery of high quality and timely service to cross-functional organizations. As part of the Time and Absence product team, the Sr. Associate will support implementation of system configuration updates while contributing to HR Technology Release planning, analysis and deployment for the functional area of responsibility.
The Senior Associate HR – Systems and Solutions will report to the Sr Manager HR Systems & Solutions based in Tampa, FL.
Key Activities for the Senior Associate Human Resources – Systems and Solutions include:
Primary responsible for configuration of the Workday Time & Absence Modules.
Design sustainable solutions and advise and act on process improvement opportunities
Contribute to research, evaluation, planning, design and deploying technology-related HR initiatives.
Support HR Technology team and COE’s success by identifying, recommending HR Technology enhancements for the Time & Absence modules.
Support other functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruitment and Talent/Performance as necessary.
Work with HR Technology OSP for complex project implementations.
Apply Amgen’s Information Security and Privacy policies, standards, and processes to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of our HR data.
Support delivery of Workday consultation to the broader HR team serving as Workday subject matter expert
Support training and coaching on Workday best practices.
What we expect of you
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of HR IS experience
Associate’s degree and 6 years of HR IS experience
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of HR IS experience.
What can you expect of us
4+ years demonstrated working knowledge and project coordination experience using Workday including Configuration, Reporting and Business Process administration.
Demonstrated previous success rolling out new HR Technology in a fast paced, Agile Environment.
Demonstrated HR technology solutions experience involving business processes, workflow, and systems implementation.
Demonstrated strength in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrating successes in the HR and IT environment while focusing on the overall user experience
Able to navigate a global footprint and custom configuration and requirements for 50+ countries using the module
