Job Location:

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the input of and maintenance of the project provided by the Project Manager into Workday Financials.
- Facilitate the invoice process, including preparing and reviewing drafts for designated Invoice Reviewers/Approvers (IRA) approval and issuance of invoices.
- Monitor projects (e.g., work in progress, accounts receivables, etc.)
- Work with designated Project Manager to identify revenue to be recognized monthly.
- Complete project closeout in Workday Financials making sure all services and payments have been received.
- Daily updating of invoicing status of project assignments within SharePoint.
- Maintenance of project files to ensure completion of documentation, approvals, and invoices.
- Generate Workday Reports to assist biller with overall project, billing, and revenue management.
- Perform weekly/monthly spot check audits of invoices and project folders to ensure accuracy andÂ
conformity. - Assist E-Billing Administrator with invoice submission, accruals, and follow up regarding invoices.
- Ad Hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Finance or accounting background preferred.
- Understanding of general accounting principles as they apply to Billings and A/R
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); strong skills in Excel preferred.
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including email.
- Ability to apply logic and common practice to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to meet deadlines and meet specific service level metrics.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Workday Financials experience is a plus
