Your Role

The key focus areas are: General HR Administration, Business & HR Reporting/Dashboards, HRIS Administration (Updates & Transactions), Onboarding/Offboarding Processing, Payroll Support,  and Contingent Staff Tracking/Management.

  • Provide administrative and tactical support for the NA Regional HR team across multiple HR disciplines and functions.
  • Transaction data between HR systems including Workday, Payroll, Compensation and benefits, Talent, IT, etc.
  • Prepare regular status reports as needed/requested
  • Act as the single point of contact for Contractor Management staff, including system hiring/offboarding/transferring, to ensure accurate tracking of contingent resources
  • Support both Onboarding and Offboarding process administration for transactions and communication relating to the required new-hire and termination processes.
  • Provide general HR Administration support, including transactional support for various leaves of absence, transfers, organizational changes, employment verifications, data archiving, etc…
  • Conduct HR data integrity audits and update HR systems.
  • Act as a payroll back-up, and processing of routine payroll impacts related to termination vacation payout, one-off bonuses, etc.
  • Ensure that all transactions are accurate and compliant
  • Analyze and interpret business process issues and makes recommendations to partners in relation to system updates, program/process flow, and recommending/implementing improvements
  • Support the HR team with systems changes and raising tickets.
  • Assist with HR Communication, scheduling, announcements, and presentations

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in business operations, administrative, or HR Admin role. HR Domain, Systems, or Process Knowledge
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Ability to leverage critical thinking to perform root cause analysis with a matrix of HR processes and technology
  • Ability to support a virtual team, and exercise appropriate discretion in regards to confidential data
  • Previous Workday experience a considerable advantage.
  • Experience in an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment a considerable advantage.
