Change Manager, Global Payroll
Job Description:
As the Organizational Change Manager for Global Payroll, you will use data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach its strategic objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Apply a structured change management methodology, including communications and training, to transformation and operations initiatives throughout the Global Payroll organization.
- Identify and document organizational change impacts of transformation initiatives and planning strategies that lead to successful adoption, focusing on employee satisfaction.
- Establish a single view of change management across Global Payroll and partner teams to develop a comprehensive change roadmap and coordinate efforts.
- Drive adoption and expansion of Change Management policies and best practices throughout the Global Payroll organization.
- Assess organizational cultures, capabilities, and alignment for country- specific change management approaches.
- Partner with Payroll leadership and Project Managers to conduct stakeholder analysis.
- Partner with senior business leaders, managers, and HR Business Partners in the transformation and adoption of a structured change management methodology.
- Ensure change practitioners have the competency and capabilities to consistently deliver change activities across projects to increase adoption.
- Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of communication strategies and plans ensuring clear, professional messaging consistent with branding guidelines.
- Assess training needs; design and create professional training materials (guides, eLearning, instructor- led training materials, FAQs, knowledgebase resources, facilitator guides, etc.) using instructional design experience.
- Develop training approaches and curricula, and lead the development of in-person, virtual, and on-demand training programs.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions in-person, virtually, and on-demand.
- Define success metrics and assess the effectiveness of communication and training.
- Develop effective approaches for reinforcing adoption and fully realizing change goals following implementation.
- Coach and manage practitioners and champions.
- Develop and assist with delivery of manager and executive level project status presentations.
- Collaborate and align executive sponsorship to increase awareness and adoption of Global Payroll initiatives while ensuring commonality of project goals.
- Work with project manager to integrate change management activities into overarching project plans.
- Flexibility to work across multiple projects in a project management capacity when required.
What Are We Looking For?
- Previous experience in project management, ability to drive projects forward including oversight of project teams.
- A solid understanding of how to drive positive employee experiences from entry-level employees to executives.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship building skills to foster innovation and influence others toward a common goal.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of global audiences.
- Knowledge of project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and apply critical thinking skills.
- Development and delivery of training content, materials, and programs for a variety of learning styles.
- Experience influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal.
- Experience with payroll, required
- HR and Workday experience a plus.
Experience / Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or relevant field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in organizational change management encompassing the full change management lifecycle using standard methodologies and tools.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$94,800.00 – $139,150.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
