Job Description:

HR Analyst Technology positions offered by Arrow Electronics Inc. (Centennial, CO). Responsible for supporting and advancing Arrow’s usage of various HR technology solutions. Responsible to support Workday Modules: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time, Projects. Analyze, design, configure, implement, and support solution based on business requirements and functional specification documents. Development includes configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting new and existing applications and systems. Follow Workday best practices, development standards, and guidelines. Provide expertise in the planning, building and execution of test scripts as well as requirements gathering, application demos and functional designs. Provide day to day support for HR technology solutions including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws. Apply business and functional knowledge including design documentation and testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team’s overall functional objectives.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in electronic engineering, computer science, information systems or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience providing Workday support and configuration. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in aforementioned fields and 1 year of experience as stated. Also requires 1 year of experience: working on technical cross functional projects; reviewing high level business requests and developing requirements from conversations with stakeholders and vendors that result in solutions to stakeholder needs; applying Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including full lifecycle (discovery, analysis, development, test, deployment, and post-production support); documenting current and future state processes using VISIO; building Workday EIB templates, data uploads, Workday HCM reports and calculated fields; and performing business processes and data modeling and creating data structures, use cases, user story development and test case development. Employee reports to office in Centennial, CO but may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. We are offering a salary of $93,558.
