Why us, why now?
The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for processing the organization’s human resource information using the Workday HRIS application and participate in the research, analysis, and implementation efforts associated with translating organization requirements into practical system solutions. They will assist with crafting reports and metrics, analyze data flows for business process improvement opportunities and help ensure data integrity. They will also assist with the testing of system changes and system upgrades and develop documentation describing configuration changes. The Analyst will work to enhance the end-user experience by improving and updating help text and job aids in Workday and acting as a resource for colleagues throughout the organization when they need mentorship on or insight into the Workday application.
How will you make an impact:
Lead small scale projects and may represent the team when senior colleagues are not available
Take action to address issues that routinely arise in areas of assigned responsibility but may receive guidance or expertise from higher-level staff on more complex problems
Serve as a key liaison to third party vendors and internal stakeholders
Generate reports, HR Metrics, and workforce analytics
Configure Workday to meet ongoing business needs and document changes. This includes requirements gathering, researching, configuring, testing, and implementing of system enhancements and business process improvements
Workday System Support: Assist users throughout the organization with answering Workday questions and resolving process flaws
What you’ll bring to the role:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience is required; experience in HR or HRIS preferred.
Some familiarity with project management methodologies
Solid understanding of HR processes and compliance.
A systematic mindset and passion for creating standards that help bring about efficient, high-quality outcomes.
Ability to find practical solutions to complex problems.
Possesses understanding of, or strong interest in learning, how to configure and manage the Workday HRIS system.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
Appetite for researching and learning how HR processes can be translated into practical Workday systems solutions.

If a bachelor’s degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions. One year of college course work at an accredited institution is equivalent to one year of related work experience.
