Workday Extend Analyst (Guadalajara/Chennai)

What You´ll Do..

In this role, you will be involved in analyzing requirements, implementing or testing solutions, as well as supporting workday extend enhancements, release and maintenance, which may require a close collaboration with third party suppliers or other internal IT Teams.

Reporting to the Workday Extend Lead, this position’s main responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • Develop solutions in Workday Extend based on business requirements and its related integrations and REST API’s
  • Maintains existing solutions in Workday Extend
  • Demo and prototype new solutions to stakeholders
  • Provides technical guidance to junior team members

The Workstream Lead will ensure people management activities are performed while completing his/her own deliverables within BAU/Release Management

Essential for the role..

  • 2-4 years of Workday Extend experience including PMD Scripting, Orchestration, core HCM module and Security
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday report writing, specifically Matrix and Composite reports
  • Experience in JSON, XML, SQL, JavaScript, and other application development experience
  • Knowledge in App Components Create and maintain Business Objects Design and implement a Business Process Build and Execute an Orchestration Design and use reports using RaaS and WQL.
