What will you do?

As a Workday Specialist you are responsible in providing support to Aurecon Staff with the administration of its HCM Systems with third level technical & functional support. Your role primarily supports the Workday HCM modules and its various integrations to core Aurecon business systems. You will be working closely with the Workday Leads and People team in implementing the IT Vision, Strategy and Priorities.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

  • Continuously seek improvements and simplification by building enhancements and other related changes to help streamline the HCM processes
  • Manage service and support requests relating to Workday HCM & Broadbean
  • Deliver efficient, accurate, timely system administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Provide support and troubleshooting on Workday integration patterns to other related HCM Systems – AD, ADGM, Stage, etc.
  • Perform system change requests related to business process flow and security based on business requirements
  • Execute end-to-end Workday defect management – investigation, testing & implementation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient and accurate configuration as per the business requirements and strategy

You will also need the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Service Management systems/tools (desirable)
  • Experience in Global Shared Services Organisation (desirable)
  • Experience in working with Workday system (required)
  • Experience in the Workday Talent and Performance module (desirable)
