What will you do?

As a Workday Specialist for Workday Reports and Adaptive Insights, you are responsible for the delivery and administration of the Workday Report functionalities and the administration of the Adaptive Insights platform.

Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

  • Have extensive knowledge of the functionalities of Workday Reporting and of the Adaptive Insights platform.

  • Be responsible for the delivery of simple to complex Workday Reports, and Adaptive Insights dashboards, reports, and sheets.

  • Execute defect management in addressing Workday Reporting and Adaptive Insights.

  • Perform monthly and quarterly administrative tasks within the agreed KPIs and SLAs.

  • Work with product squads to build and implement solutions in line with the business strategies.

  • Comply with standards and processes for software engineering/development and support.

  • Actively work with stakeholders to seek improvements and help streamline the People and Finance processes through maximising Workday’s Reporting functionalities and available tools in Adaptive Insights for Financial Planning.

You will also need the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.

  • With at least 2+ experience in Workday Reporting (required) and Adaptive Insights (preferred).

  • With strong experience in data and analytics.

  • Strong experience in Agile methodology and Scrum. Strong experience in application development and support in a Global Shared Services set up.

  • Experience in Workday Reporting and Adaptive Insights (preferred)

  • Solution focused and action-oriented with a strong desire to create positive outcomes.

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions.

  • Excellent ability to create high quality functional/technical documentation and technical requirements gathering skills.

  • Excellent Communication Skills to technical and non-technical audience.

  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and has worked with a diverse set of stakeholders.

  • Has a good appreciation of the wider field of information systems, their use in relevant business functions and how they relate to the business activities of the employer or client.

  • Maintains an awareness of developing technologies and their application and takes responsibility for personal development.
