Position Overview

This Senior Product Manager for Human Capital Management (HCM) will partner with our Autodesk People and Places Leadership (PPL) to help transform and evolve HCM tools and technology, allowing us to compete in the ever-evolving business climate. You will be reporting to the Group Product Manager and is a hybrid role, working across enterprise learning and employee platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Be a consultative partner on all HCM capabilities, developing rich, influential and trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and members
  • Bring outside-in thinking to our organization, highlighting industry trends that should be considered and evaluated
  • Facilitate brainstorming and demand management for HCM technology space using design thinking methodologies
  • You will be a trusted advisor with People and Places leaders to understand their strategies, business processes, pain points and priorities to inform Autodesk HCM Platform Roadmap
  • Develop a multi-year HCM platform roadmap that when completed will meet the defined strategy-outcomes
  • Provide transparency into HCM roadmaps and manage stakeholders' expectations
  • Serve as an active partner as Autodesk re-envisions how work is done in the next stage of digital workforce. Help outline and shape innovative technology solutions to support how our global workforce will operate in a hybrid virtual and physical world
  • Represent Autodesk to external parties in building long-term roadmaps and influencing products provided by Workday and other strategic technology partners in the HCM space
  • Work with geographically distributed People and Places stakeholders and HCM engineering teams to support HCM roadmap
  • Provides input into future state skills needed for HCM engineering teams and shape the development of Internal Workday products and solutions to support Autodesk People and Places Organization
  • Navigate internal networks, build consensus and lead from all dimensions, as necessary

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of enterprise wide product management experience preferable in HR / HCM domain
  • Bachelor's degree: business, human resources, computer science, engineering; or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of global large-scale Human Capital Management application (Workday preferred) implementation expertise including HCM, Total Rewards, Recruiting-Onboarding, Talent Planning, Learning & Development, Employee Experiences and Diversity & Inclusion
  • Experience envisioning and delivering multiyear product HCM roadmap with clearly articulated and measurable outcomes
  • Experience in product management lifecycle delivery (i.e. user story management, release planning, user journey development, persona development)
  • Proficiency with design thinking methodologies and user experience design
  • Experience in delivering persona-based offerings to provide a rich, efficient, and flexible experiences
  • Knowledge of SDLC (Software development lifecycle) and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability with informing and shaping next-generation technology capabilities to support Autodesk talent, rewards, and diversity programs
  • You are a hands-on product management expert with demonstrated expertise in employee/HCM technology transformations and understanding the complexities of a global and diverse workforce
  • Comprehensive understanding of planning use cases, defining problem statements, determining success measures and KPIs
  • Expertise in project management skills
