What you’ll be doing:

Natura &Co is a global beauty group currently consisting of four companies: Natura, Aesop and The Body Shop & Avon. The group currently operates in over 100 countries with approx. 36,000 direct employees. Natura &Co are currently in the process of working towards an implementation that would enable us to consolidate and harmonize our HRIS infrastructure across our brands, our people and our geographies. Our aim is to achieve the full optimization of our HRIS landscape by leveraging best practice across the brands and enhance system potential.

You will represent the Group HRIS tenant regarding its global design and be the lynchpin between our Business Unit’s (Brands) and the Group direction in terms of future design and enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

·Represent the Group tenant design, technically from a configuration perspective
·Be the conduit between project and BAU team/activity
·Be the conduit between Avon/Natura design and the TBS/Aesop potential differences, and table escalation decisions needed.
·Support the production of technical (config) solution options based on business desired design.
·Support the design and mobilisation of a robust HRIS governance process which incorporates key stakeholder input in relevant forums where’re required.

We’d love you to have:

Work Experience

·5-10 years HRIS experience.
·Strong functional Workday experience and detailed level of understanding of Workday capabilities and functional design.
·Strong background in Workday deployment methodology and processes
·Strong stakeholder management
·Good 3rd Party relationships
·Good knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel
·Experience in an international, fast-paced and multicultural environment

Skills & Competencies required

·Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or a related field.
·Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
·Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of business
·Knowledge of Workday and HRIS implementation
·The ability to work independently and make business decisions as appropriate; must be comfortable and knowledgeable enough to do so
·Experience managing high profile relationships with a professional demeanour
·Demonstrated skill in meeting deadlines and managing priorities
·High degree of flexibility
·Able to work in a fast-paced environment
·Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
