What you’ll be doing:

The role is focused on successful transition, coordination and execution of People Services operations by supporting the assigned market(s) for the Areas of HR General Operations & Admin, Compensation & Benefits Admin

Key responsibilities:

  • handle employee lifecycle administration tasks: employment contracts, registration of new employees and contract updates, time and attendance management, employment certificates, benefits administration, preparation of payroll input
  • maintaining and updating data into Workday and/or local HRIS, assuring data input and reporting accuracy, own and execute controls and audits needed for the assigned area
  • supporting employees in specific situations related to HR
  • execute the transition of assigned market(s) towards Shared Service, mapping and integrating new tasks / processes/ systems in the daily operations, before, during and after Go Live
  • manage and fill guides / documentation / procedures/ etc. for the tasks assigned and transferred during knowledge management
  • foster successful relationship with key stakeholders through strong and effective communication

We’d love you to have:

  • proven working experience as a HR Shared Service Specialist (Administration or Compensation and Benefit ) for markets outside Poland, preferably for Italy
  • previous experience with Workday
  • strong attention to details and time management skills
  • proactive, solution oriented and self-driven attitude
  • Fluent English and Italian
