Purpose : The Reporting and Analytics role is responsible in driving HR reporting, data modelling and analytic reporting to facilitate management team for the drive to improve business performance and in decision making. He/ She will report to Operational Excellence Manager and with the ability to gather information, visualize and manage the service delivery of the Reporting and Analytics to provide insight of the data presented.
The position will be a Subject Matter Expert in managing data saved in legacy systems and other Reporting tools. The incumbent will drive digitization-service lead supports to HR community by working with various stakeholder across the function, regions and country in developing and slicing the data to be shared with the stakeholders.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Possess digitization mindset to collect, plan and analyze data stored in legacy system to perform data modelling to facilitate team decision making and reporting. 

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Reporting and Analytics programs, policies, and processes. Identify key data types, use data modelling to identify trend and provide reporting and analytical data to facilitate management decision making/ value add services across all service deliver in HR space. This includes exploring and partnering with other stakeholders i.e., HRS, IT, RPA team with regards to automation etc. Provide recommendation to and from the information gathered, analyze, and address any opportunity arises to resolve the performance gaps.

  • Define and provide tools, techniques and reporting methodology by tapping on the internal/external resources or team for reporting-related improvements. Use statistical method to identify area for operational improvement and make recommendation for streamlining and create a culture of agility and innovation and the ability to harness our digital capability.

  • Participate, design and provide cross functional analytic reporting in identifying trends for HR and develop ad hoc custom report for Management team presentation.  

  • Perform data analysis for generating standard performance metrics to show ongoing trends on periodic basis in supporting operations deliverable/ HR KDG with close collaborations within/across the other region and to support stakeholders with commentary input based on the finding. 

  • Measure the reporting effectiveness through regular review to reporting dashboard and provide recommendation to improve the reporting tools and technique.

  • Identify and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.

  • Work closely with Leads and/or stakeholders to gain better shortcoming in current reporting technology, and devise solution to enhance reporting and data management.

  • Gather and analyze appropriate metrics, data and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics (peer-level) to help initiate improvements.

  • Flexible in taking-on new responsibilities, contribute and open to new ideas and work collaboratively as a team to achieve common goal.

  • To perform other duties as assigned by the Lead as and when required.


  • At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Experience with Workday is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
