Currently, we are seeking an HR Intern, who will be responsible for HR processes in Europe and EMA.

As an HR Intern you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting delivery of administrative support to employees of BD

  • Ensuring the quality of administrative aspects of the HR processes

  • Supporting execution of HR processes in Workday system and outside of it

  • Close, daily cooperation with HR specialists

As a successful candidate, you would have strong customer service skills with a good command of English. Previous experience in HR/customer service environment is not required but will be an advantage.

We would be looking also for:

  • Ability to resolve problems and questions independently or with minimal supervision

  • Ability to pay close attention to details and use time effectively    

  • Multi-tasking capabilities to manage several caseloads

  • Experience using a Human Resource Information System (especially Workday) would be a great asset
